Commission Overview
The Fillmore Historic Preservation Commission is responsible for identifying, preserving, and promoting the historical and cultural heritage of the city. The commission works to protect historic buildings, landmarks, and sites, and to educate the public about the importance of historic preservation. The commission also reviews and approves applications for alterations to historic properties and provides guidance on preservation best practices.
